Dear Terry,
Recently I had my Jeep worked on at Autopia at the recommendation of
a friend. I owe that friend a favor, because the experience at Autopia far exceeded my expectations. For starters, your professionalism
was very much appreciated. You thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and let me know which service items
could wait. I didn’t feel like you were trying to sell me on more repairs than I needed. Then when it was determined
that my car would have to be kept overnight, you gave me a ride home in a limo! I would have thought a ride home in someone’s
car would have been nice enough.
The part that was truly impressive and is what will keep me coming back
is what happened next. One of the service people accidentally ran over my stereo faceplate leaving it unusable. Instead of
deferring the blame, you told me what had happened and that you would take care of it. Your honestly blew me over. With that
kind of integrity, I’ll be back for future repairs. A bonus was that you even went through the trouble of ordering the
replacement faceplate and paid for it in full. Most people, including myself, would have expected you to pay for it, but the
fact that you contacted the manufacturer and ordered the replacement faceplate for me was true customer service.
Thank you for the great service! My Jeep is running much better, and
I now have a repair shop that I can trust.
